We've been working hard on a "hybrid" antenna that can be used while stowed and be deployed when needed.
We also have been working hard, renegotiating with the providers to give you GREAT data plan options - and have SLASHED our data plan prices (when others have been RAISING them up!)

To claim your $200 Insty Connect Buyback:
- You must have an Insty Connect full working system
- It must be in working order
- You must cover shipping to send it to our headquarters in TN
- You must purchase a new system with either the Single or Multiple Network Data plan

We took the industry by storm when we introduced "the binoculars" a few years ago.
It helped people connect in places where they never could have before.
Now, we're bringing it back.
A compact antenna that works great in places where the signal is good. And works even better when the signal is bad.
Use it as your primary antenna and stow it while traveling, or have it as a back up to your Squared in case you need it in your favorite state park.

You're doing a buyback of old equipment? Are you crazy?

When I first started Insty Connect - I wanted a GREAT data plan to go along with our equipment. It was my dream.
When we first started selling data plans, they were good, but not great. I knew that it would take some time to build up our customer base so we can buy data in bulk, so I can pass it off to our customers.
Now, we have GREAT data plans - and I want everyone to be able to have access to them.
In order to do this, we need to have our customers using our latest equipment. On the plus side, it's our best equipment to date, so it's a win - win.
Also, it helps sustain our business model for the long term. The more data customers we have, the more secure we are in being able to create great equipment and keep the internet experience excellent for years to come.
I have the POE and Gen 2 system already. Can I take advantage of the new data plans?
Yes! but we need to get a new SIM pack out to you. Shoot us a message below and we'll get the order form to you for shipping those new SIMS.
There are a few things that will be required to do to get you to the point where you can utilize the new data plans. We'll walk you through it.
I have the POE Insty Squared with the Gen 1 router, can I use the data plans?
Yes, BUT - we recommend that you get the Gen 2 router to go with the POE as it greatly enhances the experience.
We have a great deal on the Gen 2 router purchased alone as well. Shoot us a message and we'll get an order link for you so you can take advantage of that.
I have the POE Insty Squared with my own router. Can I use the data plans.
Yes. As mentioned above, our system is optimized to work with our Gen 2 router, but if you have your own router, our data plans will work in the POE modem. Shoot us a message to get your SIM pack and to get the new plan setup.
I have the USB "Angel Wings" or "Cloud Wings" Internet Antenna, can I use the data plans?
Unfortunately, No. The new data plans utilize eSim technology that is not available to the USB modems.
That's why we've implemented the buy back program. If you have the old system, take advantage of the buy back while it's available.
What colors do you have for the Squared and the Rocket?
The squared is available in Grey and Black (we're phasing out black and going all grey moving forward)
The Rocket is only available in Grey.
What is Insty VPN and how much is it?
InstyVPN is our stateful VPN that we control, utilizing servers in our datacenter in Michigan. It's a private VPN service that is dedicated to Insty Connect users.
InstyVPN is included as part of our Insty Connect Care program, which is $79 per year.
What is Insty Connect Care?
The Insty Connect Care is our advanced support system that allows us to give you an extra level of support for your Insty Connect system.
It was created as a way for you to also buy into the Insty Connect project, giving us the ability to continue to innovate as new technologies emerge.
It also includes perks such as:
- Concierge level support
- Free replacement plastics
- Discounts on system upgrades.
- InstyVPN stateful, secure private VPN
Insty Connect Care is available for $79 per year.
How can I get Insty Connect Care?
If you are a new customer, the Insty Connect Care program is an option listed on the main order page. Make sure it's selected and added to the order.
If you are a current customer, you can log into your Insty Client area, click on Services -> Insty Connect Accessories and Insty Connect Care will be a product listed. Just add to cart and you should be good to go. You may have to contact Support to enable InstyVPN if it doesn't add it automatically to your Insty Quick Dashboard.
How much does Speedify cost?
Speedify is a third-party bonding VPN service that can bond up to 3 WAN sources from the Insty Gen 2 router. Currently, you need to purchase a router license with Speedify and log in with your license from the router. We can get you a link for a router license for approx $119 a year. Shoot us in a message and we'll be glad to help with that.
