The short answer
Your IMEI identifies the cellular modem inside your antenna. You'll find it two ways: on the label on the modem module, or in the modem dashboard under Support Tools. Grab whichever is easiest.
On the modem label
The IMEI is the first/top number on the sticker on the modem module โ the part inside your antenna.
In the modem dashboard
No label handy? Read it off the screen:
- Open the modem/antenna dashboard at http://192.168.225.1 โ or, from your router dashboard, tap Modem/Antenna Dashboard.
- Open Support Tools (in the Tools row).
- Your IMEI is near the top of that page.
Support Tools shows sensitive IDs โ keep them privateThat page also lists your ICCID, IMSI, and other IDs. Only ever share these with Insty support โ never post them publicly or in a forum.
Don't see an IMEI on that page?Your modem just needs an update. The next time it's connected to an active internet source it'll update on its own; or tap Software Update โ but that only works while the antenna has a live cellular connection.
